Role Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate and energetic Daycare Teacher to join our team. The role involves nurturing, supervising, and engaging children in a safe, caring, and stimulating environment that supports their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities, games, and learning sessions.
- Encourage social interaction, creativity, and positive behavior among children.
- Provide basic care including feeding, hygiene, and rest routines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom and play area.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding child progress, behavior, and needs.
- Observe and record each child’s development and report concerns if any.




- Assist in implementing daycare policies, safety standards, and health guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to create a positive workplace.

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a daycare teacher/assistant or in childcare is an advantage.
- Patience, empathy, and love for working with young children.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage long working hours with enthusiasm and commitment.
