Job Responsibilities - Continental Commi Chef
- Prepare and cook continental dishes as per recipes and presentation standards
- Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
- Ensure proper food preparation, portioning, and plating
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen
- Handle mise en place and kitchen prep efficiently
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control
- Properly store food items and maintain freshness standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
- Work efficiently during rush hours while maintaining quality
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth operations
Pay: ₹10,692.18 - ₹25,398.78 per month
