The Maintenance and Line Production Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth production operations by maintaining machinery, minimizing downtime, and supporting production targets. The role includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, monitoring production line efficiency, and ensuring safety and quality standards are followed.

Key Responsibilities

Production Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production line activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Achieve production targets as per planning schedule.
- Coordinate with operators and supervisors for uninterrupted workflow.
- Ensure product quality standards are maintained during production.
- Monitor machine performance and production efficiency.
- Maintain production records, reports, and shift documentation.
- Reduce production downtime and material wastage.

Maintenance Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and arrange timely repairs.
- Coordinate with vendors/service providers for machine servicing.




- Ensure proper maintenance of utilities and production equipment.
- Maintain maintenance logs and machine history records.
- Support installation and commissioning of new machinery.
- Ensure availability of spare parts and maintenance tools.

Safety & Compliance
- Follow company safety procedures and maintenance protocols.
- Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness in production and maintenance areas.
- Maintain compliance with ISO, GMP, 5S, and company policies.
- Ensure all employees follow safety and operational guidelines.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in production and maintenance operations.
- Knowledge of machine maintenance and production processes.
- Basic understanding of PLC, electrical systems, and troubleshooting preferred.
- Positive communication and team coordination skills.
