Job Summary
A Store Executive is responsible for managing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory levels, and achieving sales targets. The role requires solid communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently
- Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent service
- Maintain store cleanliness, layout, and visual merchandising standards
- Monitor and manage inventory, including stock replenishment
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS systems
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse for stock availability
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
