We are a new, ambitious tour & travel company launching in the Kashmir Valley with our own 50-room boutique hotel in Srinagar. Our mission is to deliver premium, end-to-end Kashmir travel experiences — from curated sightseeing and adventure packages to luxury in-hotel stays — for domestic and international guests. We are building a world-class hospitality brand rooted in Kashmiri culture and hospitality, and we're looking for a driven leader to help us build it from the ground up.

Role Overview

As our Hotel & Tour Operations Manager, you will be the operational backbone of our business. You will oversee the day-to-day running of our 50-room hotel, manage the end-to-end delivery of tour packages, lead a growing team, and ensure every guest leaves with an unforgettable experience. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality workplace and has a passion for Kashmir tourism.

Key Responsibilities

Hotel Operations
- Oversee all front desk,



housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance operations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, guest service, and room quality across all 50 rooms
- Manage check-in/check-out processes, room allocations, and guest complaints resolution
- Ensure hotel is compliant with J&K; Tourism Department regulations and standards
- Monitor occupancy rates, RevPAR, and other key hotel performance metrics

Tour & Travel Operations
- Plan, coordinate, and execute customised tour packages (honeymoon, family, adventure, pilgrimage, corporate)
- Manage relationships with local vendors including transport operators, guides, houseboat owners, and partner hotels in Gulmarg, Pahalgam, and Sonamarg
- Prepare itineraries, cost sheets, and quotations for both domestic and international clients
- Ensure seamless on-ground guest experience from airport pickup to final drop-off
