Key Responsibilities:
Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.

Write compelling and customized proposals to win projects

Communicate effectively with clients and understand their requirements

Coordinate with the technical team for project execution

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Generate new business opportunities and achieve targets

Required Skills:
Solid hands-on experience in IT bidding

Proven experience on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc. (must-have)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Basic understanding of web & mobile development technologies

Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines

Self-motivated with a result-driven approach

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
