Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, manage the team, and ensure excellent customer service at our retail outlet.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall store operations and team performance
- Achieve sales targets and improve store profitability
- Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards
- Handle inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising
- Monitor billing, reporting, and adherence to company policies
- Train, motivate, and supervise store staff

Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in retail store management
- Experience in fashion/apparel retail preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and sales management skills
- Valuable knowledge of inventory handling and retail operations
- Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office

Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: As per industry standards and experience.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
