Driver Team Supervisor / Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the driver unit.
- Handle material arrangement and movement coordination.
- Plan and manage light drivers and operational movement.
- Basic understanding of lights and voltage knowledge.
- Coordinate with the production department for smooth operations.
- Team management and day-to-day operational coordination.
- Ensure timely dispatch and movement execution.
- Maintain discipline and workflow within the operations team.

Requirements:
- Experience in operations, logistics, or driver team handling preferred.
- Basic technical knowledge of lighting and voltage.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage teams and field operations efficiently.
- Responsible, disciplined, and proactive personality.

Salary

₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
