Title: Phlebotomist / Health Care Assistant (IVF Clinic)

Location: G-36, EPIA Health

Department: IVF / Laboratory / Patient Care

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform blood collection (venipuncture/capillary) for IVF-related tests (hormonal assays, routine investigations, etc.).
- Ensure correct labeling, handling, and timely transfer of samples to the IVF/lab.
- Assist doctors and nurses during IVF procedures such as IUI, embryo transfer, and minor OT procedures.
- Prepare patients before procedures (vitals check, basic instructions, consent coordination if required).
- Monitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature).
- Maintain strict infection control and aseptic techniques in procedure areas and OT.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and readiness of IVF lab, OT, and patient areas.
- Handle and dispose of biomedical waste as per guidelines.
- Support patient care with empathy,



especially during sensitive fertility treatments.
- Maintain patient records and coordinate with front desk/lab team for smooth workflow.
- Assist in inventory management of consumables related to phlebotomy and patient care.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma/Certificate in Phlebotomy, MLT, Nursing Assistant, or Healthcare Assistance.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in hospital/IVF clinic (preferred).
- Experience in handling fertility patients will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of infection control and OT protocols.

Salary:As per industry standards / based on experience
