Location: Gondkhairi, Nagpur (Maharashtra)

Job Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Wednesday Off)

Minimum Qualification: B.Sc. (Chemistry preferred), Analytical Chemistry, or a related field
Experience: 1-5 years in Quality Control / Analytical Lab (Fresher with strong practical knowledge may be considered)

Job Profile & Responsibilities:
- Testing of Raw Materials, In-Process Materials, and Finished Goods as per standard procedures and specifications. Analyze and interpret test results accurately
- Performing chemical analysis including titration, purity/content analysis, moisture content, ash content, density calculation, and sieve analysis.
- Operation and handling of laboratory equipment such as Muffle Furnace, Desiccator, Analytical Weighing Balances, pH meters, Flame Photo Meter, and other testing instruments.
- Internal calibration and verification of testing instruments and equipment.
- Machinery calibration as per schedule.




- Documentation of test results, maintaining laboratory records, and preparing COA (Certificate of Analysis) in ERP Software.
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and SOPs.
- Reporting any deviations or non-conformities to the Manager.

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments and chemical processes.
- Robust knowledge of wet chemistry techniques.
- Good understanding of GLP (Good Laboratory Practices).
- Accuracy in calculations and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently.
