Hiring: Ecommerce Operations Manager

We are looking for an Ecommerce Operations Executive to join our team and manage the day to day functioning of our Shopify website.

This role requires someone who understands Shopify thoroughly and can independently handle the backend operations of an ecommerce website with attention to both functionality and aesthetics.

Responsibilities:
- Managing the Shopify backend and overall website operations
- Product uploads, categorisation, collections and inventory management
- Handling image placements, resizing, rearrangements and maintaining the visual flow of the website
- Understanding imports, exports and backend data management
- Managing shipping integrations and order related workflows
- Coordinating website updates, launches and stock additions
- Ensuring the website stays updated, functional and conversion friendly
- Identifying and troubleshooting basic operational issues on Shopify
- Coordinating with the internal team for product and content updates

Requirements:




- Prior experience working with Shopify ecommerce websites
- Good understanding of ecommerce workflows and backend operations
- Basic understanding of website aesthetics and layout organisation
- Organised, detail oriented and proactive in handling tasks
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the website operations
- Prior experience in fashion, jewellery or lifestyle brands would be a bonus

PURE ALLURE is an artisanal jewellery label based in Kochi, known for our design led approach and solid visual identity. We are currently expanding our ecommerce presence and looking for someone who can grow along with the brand and take ownership of the website ecosystem.
