Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit colleges and educational institutions to promote IT training programs
- Represent the company professionally during campus visits, seminars, and events
- Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and training benefits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with college authorities and students
- Conduct presentations, workshops, and awareness sessions
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth execution of campaigns
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability
- Confident, energetic, and self-motivated personality
- Ability to build relationships and influence decision-making
- Basic understanding of IT courses/training (preferred)
- Willingness to travel to colleges
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any field (MBA/Marketing/HR preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
