Qualification : B.Tech/M.Tech into Mechanical

Experience : Above 7 years
- Study and improve production processes and workflow.
- Conduct time study and motion study.
- Prepare production capacity planning and line balancing.
- Monitor manpower utilization and productivity.
- Reduce wastage, rejection, and process losses.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement activities.
- Improve cycle time and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
- Prepare SOPs, process flow charts, and work instructions.
- Analyze production data and generate MIS reports.
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest corrective actions.
- Support cost reduction initiatives.
- Ensure safety and compliance during process improvements.
- Monitor machine utilization and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
