Key responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and room/bed allotments.
- Maintain occupancy records and coordinate check-ins/check-outs.
- Manage and maintain daily accounts, payments, and expense records.
- Supervise hostel staff, including housekeeping/sweeping staff and security personnel.
- Ensure staff are performing their duties properly and maintaining cleanliness and discipline.
- Address guest concerns and ensure a comfortable stay for residents.
- Maintain overall smooth functioning of the hostel operations.
- Coordinate basic maintenance and report issues when required.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
