About the Role

A multi-branch physiotherapy and wellness clinic in Chennai receives a steady stream of inbound calls from patients looking for appointments. We need experienced pre-sales executives to handle these enquiries, answer questions about treatments, and convert them into booked in-person consultations.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from patients enquiring about physiotherapy services and treatment plans
- Clearly explain treatment options, session packages, and pricing
- Book in-person consultations at the relevant clinic branch
- Follow up on pending enquiries and re-engage lapsed leads
- Coordinate with clinic staff to confirm and manage appointments
- Maintain a daily log of calls, leads, and conversions

What We're Looking For




- Minimum 3 years of experience in telecalling, clinic sales, or healthcare customer service
- Excellent spoken and written English — qualified and patient-facing
- Confident, persuasive, and empathetic — able to handle patients with sensitivity
- Target-driven with a track record of meeting conversion goals
- Healthcare or wellness background is preferred; not mandatory
- Comfortable working from a branch location and coordinating with on-ground teams

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
