Social Media Manager cum ADS Specialist

Location: Patna (Onsite)
Experience Required: 6-7 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Plan, create, and manage engaging content calendars aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns.
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and generate actionable insights to improve ROI and lead generation.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and video editors to ensure high-quality creatives and brand consistency.
- Manage ad budgets effectively and ensure maximum reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies.
- Handle audience engagement, online reputation management, and community building.
- Track KPIs including reach, impressions,



engagement, CTR, CPL, ROAS, and conversion performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, promotions, and branding initiatives.

Requirements:
- 6-7 years of proven experience in Social Media Management and Paid Advertising.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools.
- Experience in performance marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
- Excellent understanding of content strategy, audience behavior, and digital branding.
- Strong communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines efficiently.
