About the role

ShopGroww helps offline saree and ethnic wear shops build a digital presence and grow sales through AI-generated content. We are expanding our on-ground team and looking for Field Sales Executives who can visit local shops, pitch ShopGroww, onboard merchants, and help them get real results. This is a ground-up opportunity — high performers will be offered leadership and managerial roles as the business grows.

What you will do

▶ Visit saree and ethnic wear shops in your area and pitch ShopGroww to shop owners.

▶ Onboard new merchants — set up their WhatsApp community, Facebook and Instagram pages, QR codes, and walk them through the ShopGroww portal.

▶ Create the merchant's first AI-generated product photo and video with them and help them share it on WhatsApp.

▶ Coach merchants to grow their WhatsApp community and post regularly — these two habits are what keep merchants active and renewing.

▶ Be the merchant's first point of contact for any issue.





Who we are looking for
- Local to the market — knows the bazaar clusters, speaks the language, understands the merchant community.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram on a smartphone.
- A natural communicator who can build trust quickly — not a hard-seller, more of a trusted advisor type.
- Disciplined with follow-up — this role is as much about keeping merchants active as it is about signing new ones.
- Self-motivated and able to manage their own schedule — this is a flexible, part-time-friendly role.
- Background in trading, retail, or a family with a shop background is a strong plus — but not required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 7 per week
