Job description:
Core Responsibilities
- Making calls to prospective students and parents to introduce various educational programs and courses.
- Guiding aspirants on course selection, eligibility, and career pathways based on their interests and backgrounds.
- Persuading leads to attend seminars
- visit the campus or complete the admission and enrollment process.
- Tracking and updating lead statuses daily in MS Excel.
Requirements & Skills
- Fluency in English, Hindi and regional languages.
- High patience, empathy for student concerns, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
