Key Responsibilities:
On the job training & batch setting

▪ Provide on the job training for all tailors, feeding helpers & production

helpers.

▪ Train & coach every employee on technical aspects of (pattern making,

overlocking, double needle, zigzag, fat lock (664), F/S, Bartech, neckline

as per SOP).

▪ Ensure and train employees on technical suitability of machine for

particular styles.

▪ Categorize & makes patch for every new style, based on machine &
manpower.

▪ Ensure that cut pieces are loaded for production as per production plan.

▪ Line balancing of manpower as per batches.

MIS

▪ Loading/ cutting balancing report.

▪ Line balancing report.

▪ Production raw materials and accessories recco report.

▪ Style wise work in progress report.

Supervision

▪ Guide & monitor the production
- loading, sewing, and quality process

before its being sent to finishing.

▪ Corrective steps to ensure production as per quality standards.

▪ Guide & instruct the workers for meeting their daily target.

▪ Current joinee induction & training.





▪ Train & coach team on regular basis.

▪ Allocate work, assess performance & give constructive feedback.

▪ Motivate& engage team productively Retain employees & reduce

absenteeism.

▪ Retail employees & reduce absenteeism.

VIII. Working Relationships:
Cutting Team
- For getting cut pieces.

Stores Team - For getting materials required for production.

QC Team - For quality check & quality issues.

Finishing Team - For defects found in the production.

IE Team - For daily manpower efficiency.

Mechanical & Electrical Teams
- For machine maintenance issues.

IX. Person Profile:
Education: II PUC / Graduate.

Experience: 5-8 Years in garment manufacturing industry.

Functional/Technical Knowledge & Skills: Basic MS Office.

Behavioral Competencies: Attention to details, target orientation. Planning &
