Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English language lessons as per curriculum guidelines (CBSE/State Board).

Teach grammar, literature, writing, and comprehension effectively across grade levels.

Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in English.

Create lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments aligned with learning objectives.

Evaluate and monitor student progress through tests, assignments, and regular feedback.

Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and performance.

Encourage participation in English-related activities such as debates, poetry recitation, storytelling, and cultural programmes.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Use modern teaching aids (audio-visual tools, digital content) to enhance learning.





Identify slow learners and provide remedial support; encourage advanced learners.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and behaviour.

Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

Uphold school policies, discipline, and skilled ethics.
