Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard merchants as per project requirements
- Complete merchant KYC and onboarding process
- Validate merchant location and setup readiness
- Issue or map recording device (Headstrap & iPhone)
- Ensure the merchant sign and acknowledges the LOI
- Provide SOP training to merchants
- Ensure submission of test recording (minimum 30 minutes)
- Coordinate with QC team for approval
- Ensure merchant goes live and generates daily approved recording hours

Activation Criteria

A merchant will be considered successfully activated only when all below steps are completed:
- KYC and onboarding completed
- Location verified
- Device issued/mapped
- SOP training completed
- Test recording submitted (30 minutes)
- QC approval received
- Merchant is live and generating recordings

Note: Field Executive payout eligibility begins only after the merchant completes a minimum of 10 hours of recording within the first week.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
