Job Responsibilites:
- Explanation of the procedure clinically (IUI / IVF/PGS/PGD) advised to

the patient.
- Detail History of current patient in software.
- To fill in follicular monitoring sheet for OPU & IUI cycle & creation of cycle

in software.
- Explaining the procedure to the pt.’s about Semen analysis, Semen

freezing, embryo culture, IVF, IUI and other cases pre & post. Procedure.
- Explaining medication to the patient post consultation.
- Physical examination of patients & filling in IPD & OPD files for

FET/ET/OPU/ IUI & also in software.
- Follow up notes of pt.’s in software on daily basis.
- Completing tasks in software for different clinical follow-up calls wherever

required, up till the delivery of BHCG positive pt.’s.
- In case of Fresh Embryo Transfer coordinating with IVF Lab, consultant

and pt.’s
- To keep the follow-up of pt.’s about the medication advised by the

consultant, are being taken by the patients on time.
- Maintaining BHCG data in software and sharing it with the concern

departments weekly.




- Any immediate query of the patient when on the floor (face to face)
- To inform E2, P4, Semen analysis, or any other investigation reports.
- Calling patient for Embryo/ Semen freezing status. - D5
- To inform pt.’s about the OPU trigger date, CRO to schedule the time and

inform the patient.
- Preparing Discharge summary & prescriptions.

Customer
- Clinical entries in the organization’s software - 100%
- Provide Clinical support in consultation or as advised by the IVF

consultant
- Provide ART Summary to the patient on D5
- Capture BHCG report in the system - 100%

Financial
- Freezing Revenue as defined for the Centre
- RPO

Pay: ₹16,223.74 - ₹26,305.28 per month
