Job Title: Logistic Executive

Job Summary:
The Logistic Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring timely dispatch, delivery, and coordination with vendors, transporters, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate dispatch, transportation, and delivery of goods.
- Manage inward and outward logistics operations efficiently.
- Coordinate with transporters, courier agencies, and vendors for timely shipments.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch documents such as invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans.
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to clients.
- Handle packing, labeling, and shipment scheduling.
- Resolve logistics-related issues, delays, or damages.
- Maintain proper records of stock movement and logistics activities.
- Coordinate with warehouse, purchase,



and sales teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Required Skills:
- Positive knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and documentation.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and time management ability.
- Basic knowledge of GST, e-way bill, and transport documentation.

Qualification:
- Graduate in any field (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics or dispatch operations.

Pay: ₹8,984.72 - ₹40,227.38 per month
