Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end IRD operations ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Ensure timely delivery of food orders with accuracy and presentation standards.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Maintain high service standards aligned with resort policies.

Roster & Duty Management
- Prepare and manage daily and weekly staff rosters.
- Assign duties and responsibilities based on operational needs.
- Ensure optimal manpower utilization during peak and off-peak hours.

Team Training & Development
- Train and mentor GSA-level employees in IRD service and dining standards.
- Conduct structured training sessions on service etiquette, SOPs, and upselling.
- Support continuous learning and skill enhancement within the team.
- Monitor performance and provide regular feedback.

Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate closely with kitchen, stewarding, and other F&B; outlets.
- Ensure smooth communication for order execution and guest service.
- Manage VIP orders and special arrangements efficiently across departments.





Order & Service Management
- Supervise order taking, preparation, and delivery processes.
- Ensure correct billing, order tracking, and documentation.
- Maintain consistency in service delivery standards.

Quality & Hygiene
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular checks to maintain cleanliness in IRD operations.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service, with strong exposure to In-Room Dining.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or executive role preferred.
