JOB DESCRIPTION - ACCOUNTS CUM MIS EXECUTIVE

Position: Accounts cum MIS Executive

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance preferred)

Experience: 1-3 Years

Role Objective

To manage day-to-day accounting operations and generate accurate MIS reports to support management in financial decision-making and business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Finance
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in TallyPrime
- Handle Purchase, Sales, Receipts, Payments & Journal entries
- Bank reconciliation (BRS)
- Manage vendor & customer ledgers
- Track creditors & debtors ageing
- Assist in GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
- Support audit & statutory requirements

MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily / weekly / monthly MIS reports
- Sales, Purchase & Profitability analysis




- Inventory tracking (warehouse-wise)
- Excel reporting (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Identify cost leakage & improvement areas

Inventory & Operations
- Monitor stock movement across warehouses
- Coordinate with procurement & sales teams
- Ensure stock vs billing accuracy
- Assist in physical stock verification

Key Skills Required
- Solid knowledge of TallyPrime & GST
- Advanced Excel skills
- Accounting principles understanding
- Analytical & problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- GSTR FILLING
- EWay bill generation

Salary Range

₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
