Job Role: Personal Assistant to Founder

Work Location: The Iconic Corenthum, Sector 62, Noida

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and highly dependable Personal Assistant to work directly with the Founder across business operations, coordination, and execution.

This role goes beyond traditional assistance and requires high ownership, strong follow-through, and the ability to independently drive tasks to closure. You will work closely with the Founder across both business and personal priorities, ensuring smooth execution, strong coordination, and effective time management in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, and daily schedule with strong prioritization
- Handle both professional and personal scheduling, coordination, and day-to-day assistance as required
- Support recruitment operations including scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination
- Maintain and update trackers, reports, and key business documentation
- Drive execution of day-to-day operational priorities and ensure timely closure




- Manage travel planning, bookings, and coordination end-to-end (business and personal)
- Ensure consistent follow-ups and closure of tasks without requiring repeated reminders
- Handle ad-hoc personal and qualified responsibilities with confidentiality and reliability

Requirements:
- 0-3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong intent and ownership mindset can also apply)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- High ownership, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in an unstructured, fast-paced environment
- Strong follow-up and task closure ability
- Comfortable with flexible working hours and dynamic schedules
- High responsiveness and availability based on business needs
- Willingness to travel with the Founder, if required
- Proficiency in MS Office
