Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Welfare:
- Develop and implement welfare programs to promote employee well-being, including health, safety, and work-life balance initiatives.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on welfare-related issues, including counseling and referrals to external resources.

2. Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies related to employee welfare, health, and safety.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

3. Safety and Health:
- Promote a safe and healthy work workplace, including training employees on safety procedures and protocols.
- Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and near-miss incidents, and implement corrective actions.

4. Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and respect in the workplace.

5. Reporting and Documentation:




- Prepare and submit reports on welfare-related issues, including compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee welfare, health, and safety.

Requirements:
1. Education:Master's degree in Social Work (MSW).

2. Experience:2-5 years of experience in a welfare or HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

3. Skills:
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and company policies related to employee welfare, health, and safety.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Certifications: Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or related field is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
