Delica Decorative Panels is hiring a Sales Executive for field sales in Bangaluru. The role involves promoting and selling plywood, laminates, and adhesives while building strong relationships with clients in the interior and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits
- Sell plywood, laminates, and adhesive products
- Meet architects, interior designers, contractors, and dealers
- Conduct site visits and client meetings
- Achieve sales targets
- Track market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in plywood/laminate/adhesive industry
- Field sales experience is mandatory
- Positive communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Two-wheeler preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
