Xpertifi is hiring for a customer support Associate role Voice or Chat for a leading BPM and customer experience company Firstsource in Malad, Mumbai. You will work in a desk based process supporting customers through calls or chat, depending on the process assigned.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via voice or chat as per process requirement
- Follow communication and process guidelines
- Maintain quality and accuracy in every interaction
- Meet basic productivity and customer experience targets
- Update case notes and customer details in the system
