About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Sales Telecallers to join our Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client/customer requirements
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client interactions in the CRM.
Requirements:
- 1 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (International process preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
- Ability to persuade and influence potential clients.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
