About the Role:
We are looking for a result-driven Social Media & CRM Executive who can manage brand presence, drive engagement, and convert conversations into sales. This role blends content execution + customer relationship management, making it ideal for someone who understands both marketing and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Handle daily posting across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with campaigns
- Coordinate with designers for creatives, reels, and ad content
- Track engagement, trends, and competitor activity

CRM & Customer Engagement
- Manage customer queries via WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and website
- Convert inbound queries into sales (sales-first approach)




- Handle order-related queries, complaints, and follow-ups
- Execute retention campaigns (broadcasts, abandoned cart recovery, etc.)

Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience in Social Media / CRM / Customer Engagement:
- Experience with Shopify, WhatsApp Business, Instagram handling preferred
- Strong communication and sales-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced D2C setting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
