- The Cafe in Bandra West, Mumbai, is a cozy, popular cafe. We are known for our handcrafted desserts, Belgian waffles, and decadent cheesecakes.

Located near Pali Naka, this charming spot offers artisanal coffee, savory options, and specialized cakes in a rustic setting.

Specific Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
- Assist customers with menu choices and answer questions about ingredients and specials.
- Handle billing, payments, and POS systems responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stations.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards at all times.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.




- Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.
- Address customer concerns politely and escalate issues when required.

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality role is an advantage
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
