Job Summary

The System and Network Administrator will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and reliable operation of computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure. The role ensures optimal performance, security, and availability of IT services while providing technical support to employees.

Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and desktop systems.




- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, group policies, and permissions.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.
- Maintain virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.

Network Administration
- Design, implement, and manage LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi networks.
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Monitor network performance and ensure mínimal downtime.
- Implement network security measures to protect against threats.
- Manage IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN configurations.

Security & Compliance
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices.
- Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and respond to security incidents.
- Manage antivirus, endpoint protection, and firewall systems.
- Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
