Responsibilities:
- Process cash, credit card and cheque payments
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure accurate and timely daily cash reconciliation
- Assist with end of day closing procedures, including balancing cash drawers and preparing daily deposits
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling cash transactions
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns
- Ensure all cash handling procedures are in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
