Job Summary
Nisargah Preschool and Daycare is hiring a Preschool Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for children aged 2 to 6 years. The role focuses on early childhood education through structured activities, play-based learning, and child development practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement lesson plans based on early childhood education principles
- Support children’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development
- Create a positive and structured classroom environment
- Conduct activities such as storytelling, phonics, rhymes, arts and crafts, and free play
- Observe, assess, and record student progress and behaviour
- Communicate regularly with parents about student development
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and discipline in the classroom
- Collaborate with teachers and staff for curriculum execution
- Participate in training and professional development programs
- Use classroom materials effectively and minimize wastage
- Follow school policies and standard operating procedures
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) or Early Childhood Education certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in preschool or kindergarten teaching preferred
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Patience and ability to handle young children
- Creativity in lesson planning and classroom activities
- Basic knowledge of child development and early learning methods
