Role Description

As an Academic Counselor, you are the bridge between a student’s career aspirations and our world-class training programs. You won't just be "selling" courses; you'll be guiding engineers, designers, and students and professionals toward the right technical skills to thrive in the industry. Location: Marathahalli and Kammanahalli locations

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Handle walk-in inquiries, telephonic calls, and online leads with professionalism.
- Career Mapping: Understand student backgrounds and recommend the most suitable EduCADD programs (e.g., AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, SolidWorks, Interior Design, etc.).




- Conversion: Guide prospective students through the enrolment process and meet monthly admission targets.
- Relationship Building: Maintain a database of leads and perform regular follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates.
- Market Outreach: Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and college presentations to increase brand visibility.

Who We Are Looking For
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in counselling, sales, or front-office operations (preferably in the education or training sector). Freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome
- Communication: Fluent in English and Kannada (Hindi or other regional languages are a huge plus).
- Personality: Highly energetic, empathetic, and results-oriented.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM handling.
- Expertise in Career Counseling to support students in identifying their qualified goals
- A strong background
