Boston Institute of Analytics is seeking a motivated Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students and families through program selection and admissions decisions. The role focuses on understanding student goals, clearly explaining academic pathways, building trust, and converting enquiries into enrolments.

What You'll do

- Convert warm leads into enrolments using consultative selling, objection handling, and

relationship-driven closing techniques
- Manage the end-to-end admissions process — from initial inquiry through enrolment

confirmation and onboarding readiness
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversion progress within internal tracking systems
- Meet and exceed monthly enrolment, revenue, and conversion performance targets
- Participate in webinars, information sessions, open houses, and counselling events to support outreach and conversions, while collaborating with marketing, operations, and academic teams to continuously improve lead quality and student experience
