Reports to Role (Title): General Manager, Auxilife, India

Role purpose: The primary responsibility of this role is to generate and nurture high-quality leads, leveraging multi-channel strategies to drive growth and boost conversions.
- Identify new opportunities to generate leads through targeted content, SEO, and paid advertisements.
- Segment and build prospect lists based on industry, geography, and demographics.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Share qualified leads and insights with the business department to enhance conversion rates. - Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
- Work closely with the business and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and ensure smooth communication.




- Regularly analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to improve results.
- Manage the budget for lead generation activities, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. - Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine lead generation strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Work effectively as a team member.

Requirements:
- Masters degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, with a background in biological sciences preferred.1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, though freshers with a keen interest in marketing and a positive attitude are welcome.
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behaviour.
