Key Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Accounting
- Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally and Zoho Books:
- Record and reconcile all financial transactions — receipts, payments, journals, and contra entries
- Manage accounts payable and receivable — vendor payments, patient billing reconciliation, and collections
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations
- Maintain petty cash records and ensure proper voucher documentation

Taxation & Compliance
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) accurately and on time
- Assist in TDS computation, deduction, and filing (Form 24Q, 26Q)
- Maintain records for professional tax, advance tax, and other statutory dues
- Ensure timely payment of all statutory liabilities — GST, TDS, PF, PT
- Support income tax filing preparation and coordination with CA firm

CA Firm Coordination




- Act as the primary point of contact between Lux Hospitals and the external CA firm
- Share monthly books, bank statements, and financial data with the CA firm on schedule
- Coordinate for statutory audit, internal audit, and tax audit requirements
- Respond to CA firm queries, provide supporting documents, and follow up on pending filings
- Implement accounting recommendations provided by the CA firm

Reporting & MIS
- Prepare monthly P&L;, expense reports, and cash flow summaries for management review
- Track hospital revenue — OPD, IPD, pharmacy, lab, and other income heads
- Maintain fixed asset register and track depreciation
- Generate financial reports as requested by management

Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA Finance or equivalent
- CA Inter or MBA Finance — an added advantage

Experience
- Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on accounting experience
- Prior experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setup preferred but not ma
