A PRT Hindi teacher is responsible for teaching Hindi language to primary school students (usually Grade 1 to Grade 5). The role focuses on building a strong foundation in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding Hindi in a simple, engaging, and activity-based manner.

Key Responsibilities:
Teach basic Hindi language skills including reading (पठन), writing (लेखन), speaking (बोलना), and listening (सुनना)

Develop students’ vocabulary, pronunciation, and sentence formation

Teach basic grammar concepts in an easy and child-friendly way

Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and learning materials

Use creative teaching methods such as stories, poems, rhymes, and games

Conduct regular class tests, assignments, and assessments

Monitor and evaluate students’ academic progress

Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom environment





Encourage participation and build students’ confidence

Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ development

Participate in school activities, cultural programs, and meetings

Eligibility Criteria:
D.El.Ed or B.Ed is required

CTET/TET qualification (as per school/government norms)

Required Skills:
Strong command of Hindi language

Positive communication and interpersonal skills

Creativity and patience in handling young children

Ability to make learning fun and engaging

Classroom management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
