Company: A quick-growing premium kidswear brand available on Myntra, FirstCry, and Nykaa is rapidly scaling our marketplace and D2C operations. This internship hands-on exposure to the backend of a growing D2C brand.
Key Responsibilities: -Assist in processing orders from Shopify and marketplaces -Coordinate with logistics partners for order dispatch, returns,
and exchanges -Track daily order flow and ensure smooth fulfilment -Help manage return and exchange requests from customers -Work with the inventory team to monitor stock levels -Support communication with marketplace account managers regarding order issues -Maintain operational reports and trackers using Excel -Assist in improving operational workflows and processes Requirements: -MBA students or graduates in Operations, Business Administration, or related fields -Strong organisational and coordination skills -Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel -Good communication skills and attention to detail -Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment -Interest in e-commerce, D2C brands, or marketplace operations
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
