We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to handle student inquiries and assist prospective learners in choosing the right courses at Skill Shiksha, the training platform vertical of Techdock Labs.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and walk-in inquiries regarding courses and training programs.
- Provide clear information about course details, fees, schedules, and enrollment procedures.
- Assist in converting inquiries into student admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Welcome and guide visitors and prospective students and direct them to the appropriate team members when required.
- Maintain records of student inquiries, leads, and follow-up communications.
- Schedule appointments, counselling sessions, or demos for interested students.
- Coordinate with trainers and management for student onboarding and scheduling.
- Maintain organized records and assist with basic administrative and documentation tasks.
- Ensure a professional and positive experience for students and visitors.




- Support the team in achieving admission and inquiry conversion targets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc, BA, or any graduation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle student inquiries, follow-ups, and client interactions in a qualified manner.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer service practices.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with MS Office, spreadsheets, and basic data handling.
- A professional attitude with a customer-first approach.
