Job Title: Admission CounsellorOrganization: Ahmedabad Group of InstitutionsLocation: Usmanpura, AhmedabadWorking Days: Monday to SaturdayTimings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PMJob Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents about various programs offered by the institute (MBA, Pharmacy, etc.)
- Handle inbound and outbound admission inquiries (calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, social media leads)
- Follow up with prospective students to ensure conversion into admissions
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data
- Conduct campus tours and explain facilities, faculty, and course benefits
- Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, and admission drives
- Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for smooth admission processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any field (MBA/Marketing preferred)




- 1-3 years of experience in education counselling or sales (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati preferred)
- Ability to convince and guide students effectively
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
