Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Customers Inbound And Outbound Calls.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Generate and maintain a database of customer leads.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Coordinate with the marketing team.
- Telling customers about products / offers / services.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
