Job Description: Associate Homeopathic Physician (Aesthetics & Cosmetology) FRESHER ONLY

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Consultation & Holistic Assessment

Conduct initial patient screenings and detailed case-taking, focusing on the internal causes of skin and hair concerns (e.g., hormonal imbalances, nutrition, or stress).

Provide homeopathic prescriptions for conditions like acne, alopecia, and hyperpigmentation to complement clinical treatments.

Educate patients on pre
- and post-procedure care to ensure optimal results and mínimal downtime.

2. Procedural Assistance & Learning

Observe and assist senior physicians in Cosmetic Surgeries (e.g., Hair Transplants, Liposuction, or Blepharoplasty).

Learn to operate advanced Aesthetic Lasers including Laser Hair Reduction (LHR), Q-Switched Nd:YAG for pigmentation, and CO2 Fractional lasers for scarring.

Perform or assist in non-invasive procedures such as Chemical Peels, Medi-facials, Hydrafacials, and Microdermabrasion.

3. Clinical Operations





Maintain precise digital medical records and track patient transformation through high-quality "before and after" documentation.

Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and sterilization protocols in the procedure rooms.

Monitor patients during and after procedures for any adverse reactions or sensitivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) from a recognized institution.

License: Valid registration with the Central/State Council of Homoeopathy.

Interest: A demonstrable passion for medical aesthetics, skincare, and the latest cosmetic technologies.

Communication: Fluency in English and local languages, with the ability to explain complex medical procedures simply.

Attributes: High aesthetic sense, steady hand-eye coordination, and a skilled, empathetic bedside manner.
