Position: English Evaluator

Working Days : 6 days (1st, 3rd Sat. All Sun will be Off)

Work Timings :12 PM to 9 PM

Job Summary: We are looking for a talented English Evaluator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our phonics-based reading and pronunciation sessions delivered by teachers from the United States and the United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluation: Evaluate recorded reading and pronunciation sessions conducted by native teachers.
- Assessment: Assess teachers' adherence to predetermined rubrics and guidelines.
- Feedback: Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement to teachers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of evaluations and feedback. Demonstrate data driven approach.
- Consistency: Participate in regular training and calibration sessions to ensure consistency in evaluations.
- Explicit understanding of Phonics.





Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field (Master's preferred and Graduate after 2021 only).
- Minimum 1 year and Maximum of 4 years of relevant teaching or evaluation experience.
- Familiarity with the US and UK phonics curriculum standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Proficient with digital evaluation tools and online platforms.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications
- Teaching certification or equivalent qualification.
- Experience with online education platforms, tools, or e-learning environments.
- Prior experience in phonics teaching, language teaching and teacher training.
