Sales Generation: Prospect, identify, and acquire new home loan customers through open markets, builder relationships, and channel partners (DSAs).
- Lead Processing: Manage the entire loan process from lead login to disbursement, including collecting documents and coordinating with credit teams.
- Customer Guidance: Educate clients on loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and repayment options.
- Relationship Management: Build solid relationships with real estate agents, builders, and clients for referrals and repeat business.
- Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets regarding the volume of loans sanctioned and disbursed.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to KYC norms and document authenticity, adhering to company policies.
- Cross-Selling: Offer related financial products like insurance or fixed deposits to home loan customers

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
