Target Profile: Former IELTS/English Trainers or Corporate Trainers with a background in Sales.

Role Overview

We provide high-end, AI-powered security infrastructure ($8k-$20k equipment) to the Canadian construction and commercial sectors on a subscription basis. We are looking for an articulate, persuasive skilled to engage with Canadian Project Managers and Developers. You will translate complex security tech into high-value business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls with Canadian prospects to understand site security needs and recommend the right plan (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise).
- Pitching Value: Clearly explain the "Rental Model"—how clients get $20k worth of gear for a flat monthly fee with $0 upfront.
- Lead Management: Follow up on inbound inquiries and outbound leads via CRM (M365/Google Workspace).
- Deal Closing: Handle objections regarding alarm limits, AI accuracy, and hardware capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Elite English Proficiency: Minimum IELTS Band 8.5 (Speaking/Writing). Must have a neutral or clear accent suitable for the Canadian C-suite.
- Persuasive Communication: Ability to explain technical features (AI, PTZ, Thermal Sensors) as simple business benefits.
- Cultural Competence: Understanding of North American business etiquette and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Tech Savvy: Ability to learn our surveillance dashboard to give remote "Live Demos" to clients.

Preferred Experience
- Former IELTS/PTE/Business English Tutor: Deep understanding of language structure and professional tone.
- International Inside Sales: Experience selling to the USA, Canada, or UK markets.
- Security/SaaS Background: Previous experience in security or software-as-a-service is a major plus.
