Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through market research, references, and field activities
- Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, and architects regularly
- Promote and explain grouting and Tile Chemical products to potential clients
- Fix meetings with decision-makers and present product solutions
- Build solid relationships with contractors, engineers, and project managers
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain daily visit reports and client database
- Coordinate with internal team for order processing and delivery

Requirements:
- Minimum 0.6-3 years of experience in field sales (construction/building materials preferred)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel locally for site visits
- Self-motivated and target-driven

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
