Job Summary

Operate and maintain CNC bending machines to fabricate metal components with high accuracy, following engineering drawings and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC bending machines (press brakes).
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
- Select proper tools, dies, and materials for each job.
- Program or input bending instructions into the CNC machine (basic programming).
- Adjust machine settings (angle, pressure, length) for accurate bending.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (vernier calipers, gauges, etc.).
- Ensure products meet quality standards and tolerances.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor machine or production issues.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
